In order to guard the information, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal regulations. Each associate at Shepherd Financial is required to sign a statement acknowledging the privacy policy of our agency.

We may collect personal health information for certain types of services that we provide. We do not share personal health information with anyone except as necessary to provide these services, fulfill other administrative requirements or as otherwise requested by you or required or permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to our privacy policy, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
