[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]As President of Shepherd Insurance, Jeff is responsible for oversight of the agency, including key account management, strategic direction, vendor evaluation, and mergers and acquisitions. He has over 30 years of service with the agency and is licensed to sell health insurance, casualty insurance and securities. He started the employee benefits division in 1987 and works exclusively with midsized to large businesses.
Throughout his career, Jeff has been actively involved in insurance organizations such as the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers Association (Big “I”) and MarshBerry’s APPEX association. He graduated with a Business Administration degree from Ohio State University. Jeff resides with his wife, Julie, and their four children in Carmel, Indiana.
