She has extensive experience in benefits consulting, ERISA compliance, and retirement plan design and administration, helping her provide strategic direction to client relationships. Her leadership and clear communication ease day-to-day fiduciary responsibilities for plan sponsors.

Leah became a partner with Shepherd Financial in 2019. Prior to joining Shepherd in 2015, she worked as a retirement plan designer/plan consultant. Leah has earned her Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) professional designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries. She is an active member of the Women in Pensions Network.

Leah graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Mathematics. She enjoys cooking, shopping, and proudly supporting Notre Dame football.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
